Wove’s 30 Day Guarantee

All Wove saddle purchases come with a 30 day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee: If the purchaser finds that the Wove saddle is not the right fit for them, they can ship back their undamaged Wove saddle within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. While not required, we do appreciate any feedback regarding the user’s experience so we can continue to learn and improve!

All Wove saddle purchases come with a 30 day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee: If the purchaser finds that the Wove saddle is not the right fit for them, they can ship back their undamaged Wove saddle within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. While not required, we do appreciate any feedback regarding the user’s experience so we can continue to learn and improve!

Wove saddles consist of the carbon fiber shell/rails and the foam pad/cover.

  • We warrant Wove saddle carbon fiber shells and rails to be free from defect in materials or workmanship for life.

  • We warrant all Wove saddle foam and cover materials to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase (proof of purchase required). After one year, Wove can replace your foam padding and cover as a service for $100 USD.

  • The warranties are only valid for the original owner and do not extend to third parties.

SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM

When submitting a warranty claim, you will need to contact our team directly at info@wovebike.com

  1. Take photos of the affected product including the damaged area.

  2. Send an email to info@wovebike.com with the photos, description of the damage, serial number and proof of purchase. Please include your name, email, phone number and shipping address details.

We will respond within 1-3 business days to get you back riding as soon as possible.
